Steve created Hi-Lights in 1988 and has been DJ'ing around the UK ever since. For the last 9 years Hi-Lights has been based in the village of Addingham near Ilkley in West Yorkshire. |

We carry £2 million public liability insurance, are members of SEDA, and all our equipment is regularly tested to comply with UK PAT regulations. |
